The Challenge

Mindspace provides secure, flexible office solutions designed for companies of every size. Located in prime areas and supported by seamless services and a vibrant community. In Germany, however, the messaging did not fully reflect what makes Mindspace different. The language leaned heavily on global narratives that did not always resonate with local expectations around work, professionalism, and value.

Mindspace needed a clear, localized messaging framework for Germany. One that translated the brand’s personality into language that feels relevant, confident, and culturally aligned, while staying true to the global brand.


Our Approach

We focused on language as a strategic tool. Instead of rewriting everything, we defined how Mindspace should speak in the German market across audiences, channels, and moments.

We started by identifying the key tensions in the German coworking landscape. Flexibility versus reliability. Community versus productivity. Inspiration versus efficiency. The messaging playbook was built to resolve these tensions with clarity and consistency.

Rather than slogans, we developed a system. Clear principles, tonal guidance, and message hierarchies that enable teams to communicate with confidence across marketing, sales, and brand touchpoints.
