Project: Naming + Brand Identity

Our client, an AI startup in the workforce space, approached us with a vision to bring structure and control to the management of external talent. They had built a powerful platform to handle sourcing, contracting, and compliance, but lacked a clear identity to communicate their role in an increasingly complex category.

External workforce management remains fragmented and largely unstructured, with companies still relying on spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools. Pactos set out to change that by creating a centralized, AI-driven system that unifies the entire lifecycle of external talent.

Scope

Naming:
Develop a distinctive and scalable name that reflects trust, agreements, and structured collaboration.

Brand Identity:
Create a visual identity that communicates precision, control, and reliability while positioning the product as a modern AI system.

Define a clear positioning that elevates Pactos from a functional tool to a central operational layer.

Solution

1. Naming

We developed the name Pactos, rooted in the idea of agreements, structure, and trust. The name reflects the core function of the platform while remaining abstract enough to scale across product evolution and markets.


2. Brand Identity

The identity balances structure and flexibility. A precise, system-driven visual language reflects compliance and control, while modern elements signal automation and intelligence. The result positions Pactos as both reliable infrastructure and forward-looking technology.


3. Brand Strategy

We positioned Pactos as an AI operating system for external workforce management. The brand shifts the narrative from fragmented tools to a unified system, making an invisible operational problem tangible and strategic.

4. Communications Assets
We created a consistent set of assets across digital and product environments, ensuring that the brand
communicates clarity, trust, and system-level thinking at every touchpoint.
